Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Our commitment
FinanceOS aims to make its website and application usable by people with disabilities. We work toward the Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities framework. This statement describes our current efforts; it is not a claim of independent certification.
2. Measures taken
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and link text.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, menus and cookie choices.
- Visible focus styles, readable contrast and layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative icons.
- Status and error messages designed to be understandable without relying only on colour.
- Periodic code and browser checks during product changes.
3. Known limitations
Our review on 26 September 2026 found no known issue that completely blocks the main public-page flows. Some complex financial charts may be easier to understand through their adjacent text, tables or exports, and third-party checkout or authentication screens are controlled by their providers. We continue to test new and existing screens and welcome reports of any barrier.
4. Compatibility
FinanceOS is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, custom browser extensions or disabled JavaScript may reduce functionality. The interface supports keyboard use and responsive reflow; increasing browser text size or zoom should not require horizontal page scrolling in the main public flows.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email support@financeos.money. Describe the page, the task, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable, and the format or accommodation you need. We aim to reply within 2 business days and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
6. Review
This statement and the public-page accessibility check were last reviewed on 26 September 2026. We will update it as significant accessibility work or known limitations change.
